Thermal Autosticker provides the most flexible way to print service reminders. In addition to printing reminders automatically, you can print a sticker manually at any time during the invoicing process.
Automatic Printing with the Invoice or Service Review
When Thermal AutoSticker is set up on your system by ISI Customer Support, you can choose to print thermal stickers automatically with either the Invoice or Service Review. If you select this option, a sticker prints each time you create an Invoice or Service Review.
Manual Printing from the Invoicing or Greeter Station Input Screen
The 6PrtStk function key allows you to print a sticker manually from the Greeter Station Input screen or the Enter Invoices – Invoicing screen. Press [F6] to print the sticker from either of these two screens. You can always print stickers manually, even if you print them automatically as well.
When you press [F6], your system checks to determine if you have already printed a sticker for the customer. If a sticker has already been printed, you receive the message Reprint AutoSticker, there have been no changes (Y/N)? Press Y to print the sticker or N if you do not want to reprint the sticker.
Automatic with Send to Cashier
When Thermal AutoSticker is set up on your system by ISI Customer Support, you can choose to print thermal stickers automatically in Invoicing when you send an invoice to the cashier. If you select this option, a sticker prints each time you answer yes to the Send to Cashier? message in Invoicing.
Printing an Updated Thermal Sticker
As with standard AutoSticker, whenever the oil item is changed on the Enter Invoices – Invoicing screen, your system checks to see if you have printed a sticker for the customer. If you have already printed a service reminder sticker, it may contain inaccurate information. Any time you enter a different oil and press [Enter], you receive the message Oil Preference has been changed. Reprint AutoSticker (Y/N)? Press Y to print another thermal sticker. Press N if you do not want another sticker to print.
