As part of 22.1.4 release, Technical Service Bulletins will be updated to use the ACES standard for vehicle identification rather than YMME. The vehicle associations on existing TSBs (TSB Vehicles) will be automatically converted during the update from YMME to ACES where possible. After the update runs, a new report will be temporarily available to identify TSB vehicle associations that could not be automatically updated and therefore are not being used to select TSBs when vehicles are invoiced. This update contains a new “7Report” option that shows at the bottom of the Set Up TSBs screen in POS and OIL Central when you first enter into the screen and are not actively editing or adding a TSB. Press F7 and follow the prompts on the screen to see these “Unconverted TSB Vehicles.” You will need to add these vehicles back to your TSBs in Set Up TSB. The report will not change even after you add these TSB Vehicles back to the TSBs. In a future update the report will be removed.

Additionally, portions of Set Up TSBs as well as part of the selection process for the TSB Vehicles List will now be graphical. Follow the prompts on screen to add or edit TSB Vehicles in the new screens. For OIL Central you may also notice a small delay when logging into the application as it launches and then hides a browser to be used during TSB setups. This is normal. Please do not close this browser while it attempts to start, but let it launch and hide automatically.

ISI is now offering our ISIPay customers a contactless method of payment called TXT2PAY. At cash out, a text message may be sent to your customer with a work order summary and instructions on how to pay via credit card through their phone. We are partnering with Throttle’s NextGen Payments, powered by AuthVia, to offer your customers a secure, quick and easy option to text their secure payment.
