  1. On the Main Menu, select Lubrication Menu.
  2. Select Customer Service Menu (4).
  3. Select Invoice Archiving Menu (7).
  4. Select Verify An Archive Diskette (2) to receive the following message: Insert diskette with archived invoices and press any key.
  5. Insert the disk you need to identify into the disk drive, and press any key to begin scanning the disk.
Note: If you receive the following message, make sure your disk is inserted properly, and press any key to return to the Invoice Archiving Menu.

  1. When the scanning is complete, you receive a screen specifying the location number and date range of the invoices contained on the disk. Make sure this information is clearly written on the disk label.

  1. To return to the Invoice Archiving Menu, press any key.

Caring for and Storing Your Archive Disks

Disks are sensitive and can be easily damaged. Remember these storage tips.

  • Keep the disks in their storage case.
  • Keep them away from tobacco smoke.
  • Do not overheat the disks. Keep them out of the sunlight.
  • Do not place them near magnets (for example, electric motors, radios and magnetized screwdrivers).
