Using the Utility Procedures Menu

Use the following steps to access the Utility Procedures Menu:

  1. On the Main Menu, select Lubrication Menu.
  2. Select Inventory Menu (7).
  3. Select Utility Procedures Menu (6) to receive the following screen.

Menu Option Function
Count Sequence Report Lists inventory items in count sequence order.
Automatic Commission Setup Provides a simplified method to set up commissions for your employees.
Global Inventory Changes Used to quickly change the value in a specified field on many inventory items at one time.
Automatic Order Level Setup Sets up guidelines to notify you when it is time to reorder inventory when you run the Reorder Notice.
Modify Statistics Allows you to make a correction to your existing quick statistics records.
Inventory ID Change Utility Allows you to change an inventory ID without losing the associated history.
