Using the Statistics Report Menu

Use the following steps to access the Statistics Report Menu:

  1. On the Main Menu, select Lubrication Menu.
  2. Select Lubrication Reports Menu (3).
  3. Select Statistics Report Menu (4) to receive the following screen.

Menu Option Function
Statistics Report Provides the store manager with a summary of statistical information, according to how the report is set up.
Comparative Statistics Report Compares statistics for any periods of time that you specify. This report is designed to monitor your business fluctuations for the ranges specified.
Quick Statistics Report Contains all statistics for the current day, week, month, quarter or year.
Set Up Statistics Sequences Allows you to set up which items and categories you want to be included on selected statistics reports.
Set Up Statistics Columns Allows you to design column headings and specify the information you want displayed in these columns on the Statistics Report.
Traffic Report Lists the total number of vehicles that have come into your store for service each hour to help you identify traffic flow trends.
