The Outside Communications Menu is designed to give you the ability to communicate with your central office. This menu option is only used if you are part of an Office Information Link™ (O.I.L.) network.
To receive the Outside Communications Menu, on the Main Menu, select Outside Communications Menu.

| Read Incoming Reports | Allows you to read any reports and mail sent from your O.I.L. central office. |
| Set Up Communications Controls | Allows you to set up the parameters that allow your LubeSoft system to work effectively with O.I.L. |
| Set Up O.I.L. Reports | Allows you to specify reports and files to send to the O.I.L. Central office, other stores, email addresses, or SFTP/FTPS destinations. |
| Set Up Internet Communications | Allows you to enter your ISP information that will enable Internet communications. This option is only available if you are running LubeSoft on a Linux operating system. |
| Retransmit Outbound Files | Allows you to re-send outbound files via e-mail at any time. |
| File Transfer Management | Allows you to view the status of sent files and manually re-send files if needed. |
