Automatic printing only works on the specific day or days that an automatic postcard has been set up to be printed. Any other day, nothing will print. If you have been prompted to print postcards at opening, then select this process. If you forget to print the postcards during the day, you are prompted again during the closing process.
Because there are no choices to make, anyone can print postcards. If you have set up your postcards correctly, automatic printing greatly simplifies your printing process. This option must be set up on screen 3 of the Set Up Advanced Formats feature in the Enter Postcard Contents option. This feature is available for advanced postcards only.
Use the following steps to start the automatic printing:
Note: | Sometimes you may want to interrupt the printing, and other times you might accidentally press a key that interrupts the printing. In either case, the system brings up a menu with choices. These three choices are defined in the Interrupting Printing from the Manually Controlled Printing Option section in the Advanced Postcard Manual Printing article. |
