Understanding Your POS Reports

With over 80 reports to choose from, it can be a bit overwhelming to try to figure out what report you might use to get a specific type of information. This article breaks down all the reports into groups to help you make sense of what is available. Your POS system offers reports to assist you in 12 areas of your business. Each of the following areas has a group of associated reports.

This section explains each group and lists all the associated reports. Some reports have information that is useful in more than one area. For this reason, the same report may be listed more than once. The See Also part of a list contains reports that have one or two pieces of information related to the topic, although they are primarily designed for a different area. You can use this section to:

Setup Reports

The setup reports are designed to assist you when you set up your POS system for accounting, statistics, inventory, etc. These lists and reports show the setup information in your system.
