Use the following steps if the network printers are not working:
- Reset the print scheduler.
- Ensure that the printer is turned on. If so, turn the printer off for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected. Do the following:
- Check the cables
- Turn the printer off
- Unplug the print server power
- Turn the printer back on
- Plug the print server power in
- Try again
