Setting Up Locations

When your system is installed, location 1 and center 1 are automatically set up for you.

Use the following steps to edit the existing location:

  1. On the Main Menu, select Lubrication Menu.
  2. Select Inventory Menu (7).
  3. Select Setup Menu (5).
  4. Select Set Up Locations (2) to receive the following screen.

  1. Fill in the following fields:

Location

The system displays the profit center location number. (Display only)

Note: This field is marked by two asterisks (**), which indicates that the scroll order on this screen is determined by this field when the cursor is in it.

Description

Fill in a brief unique description to identify this inventory location.

  1. To save your changes, press [F4].
  2. To return to the Setup Menu, press [Esc] [Esc].
