Use the following steps to set up your center productivity information and target numbers:
Category
This is mainly a “time productivity” report, therefore the main categories that should be used are T07 through T19 (the standard traffic categories). Select categories that reflect your center’s business hours or traffic periods. You can print the Category List (1-7-5-4) to determine which categories you need. Other categories may be used if there is room on your report, such as AF for air filters. This report can have a maximum of 13 categories.
Description
Type the description you want on the report. Generally you would use the category description shown in Set Up Categories (1-7-5-3) or Set Up Statistics Sequences (1-3-4-4), or use the same description as the one shown on the Category List.
Tickets/Hour
Type the number of tickets you project to process during the hour. This is your target tickets per hour. For example, if you project to do five cars between 8 and 9 a.m., your tickets/hour would be 5. If you have used a category such as AF (Air Filters), you must view the tickets/hours column as “Tickets/Day.” Therefore, you should type the number of Air Filters you expect to sell in one day.
Dollars/Ticket
Type the dollar amount per ticket you project to make. If you project a standard ticket average of $32.00, your dollars/ticket would be 32.00. The dollars/ticket would not generally apply for a non-traffic category, but it can be used.
