Resetting Printer Scheduler

If your printers fail to print reports or other documents, you may need to reset your printer scheduler. Before you do this, make sure:

  • The printer is plugged in and turned on.
  • The paper is loaded properly in the printer.
  • The alarm light is not on.
  • The select light is on.
  • All printer cables are securely connected at both ends.

Use the following steps to reset your printer scheduler:

  1. On the Main Menu, select System Setup Menu.
  2. Select System Management Menu (7).
  3. Select Reset Printer Scheduler (2) to reset the printer.
  4. You return to the Main Menu after the scheduler resets. Any reports that you have sent to the printer start to print.
