If your printers fail to print reports or other documents, you may need to reset your printer scheduler. Before you do this, make sure:
- The printer is plugged in and turned on.
- The paper is loaded properly in the printer.
- The alarm light is not on.
- The select light is on.
- All printer cables are securely connected at both ends.
Use the following steps to reset your printer scheduler:
- On the Main Menu, select System Setup Menu.
- Select System Management Menu (7).
- Select Reset Printer Scheduler (2) to reset the printer.
- You return to the Main Menu after the scheduler resets. Any reports that you have sent to the printer start to print.
