This reindexes the new activity and internal notes files.
Use the following steps to reindex the Activity Files:

If any other LubeSoft sessions are open during reindexing, this process can cause unrecoverable damage to your system. Never reindex two different options at the same time; this can corrupt your files. You must log out all LubeSoft sessions except the one doing the reindex. |
- On the Main Menu, select Lubrication Menu.
- Select Inventory Menu (7).
- Select Inventory File Utilities Menu (8).
- Select Reindex Activity Files (2) to receive the following prompt: You must log out all screens except the one doing the reindex. Files will not properly reindex if accessed by multiple users. Are all other users logged out (YES/NO)?
- Do one of the following:
- To proceed with reindexing, make sure that all other users are logged out, then type yes and press [Enter]. You return to the Inventory File Utilities Menu when the reindexing is complete.
- To return to the menus without reindexing, type no and press [Enter].
