If you want an inventory item to report individually on statistics reports, you must set up that item in several places in LubeSoft®. The following instructions explain how to assign a sequence number to an inventory item and how to include the item on statistics reports.
Note: |
ISI recommends you assign sequence numbers in increments of 10 to allow room to add numbers. |
- Print a Statistics Sequence List (1-7-5-8) to determine available sequence numbers. To be reported accurately, inventory items must have unique sequence numbers.
- Edit the inventory item (1-7-1-2). Fill in the Report Sequence field with a unique sequence number.
- You receive the Reports Sequence PopUp.
Note: |
If the inventory item already has a report sequence number in the inventory item setups, you can edit the description and reports where it prints in Set Up Statistics Sequences (1-3-4-4). See the article Setting Up Statistics Sequences for steps. |
- At the cursor, fill in a description that will be used when the inventory item prints on the statistics reports.
- Specify the reports on which you want this inventory item to print by entering a Y.
- Enter through all the fields until the popup closes. Press [F4] to save.
