Copying Postcard Contents

After you set up a postcard, you may want to use the same basic format on other cards. The Set Up Postcard Contents screen has a Copy Card feature that allows you to make an exact copy of one postcard to a new postcard number.

Use the following steps to use the Copy Card feature:

1. Go to the Set Up Postcard Contents (Marketing-8-1) screen.
2. Press [F4] to receive the following popup box.

3. Fill in the following fields:

Copy Card Number

Type the number of the postcard (1-98) you want to copy from. This card number must currently exist in the system.

To New Card Number

Type the number of a new postcard (1-98) that you want to copy into. This cannot be the number of an existing postcard.

4. When you have filled in these fields, type Y and press [Enter] to copy the postcard contents.
5. When the postcard has been copied, you return to the Set Up Postcard Contents screen. If you want to access the card you just created, make sure you are in Edit Mode and enter the new card number in the Card Num field.
