The Analysis Reports Menu contains eight reports that help you analyze your inventory usage.
Use the following steps to access the Analysis Reports Menu:
On the Main Menu, select Lubrication Menu.
Select Inventory Menu (7).
Select Analysis Reports Menu (3) to receive the following screen.
| Menu Option | Function |

| Sales by Category Report | Prints sales, ordered by item number and grouped by category. |
| History by Type Report | Prints a list of transactions grouped by transaction type and ordered by category, location, entry date and item number. |
| History by Item Report | Prints a list of transactions for an item or group of items. It is most often used to track a problem for an item. |
| Inventory Valuation Report | Lists current item costs, quantities received, sold and transferred and any adjustments or changes. |
| Inventory Usage Report | Provides usage information for inventory items with usage. This is used in inventory planning and reorder forecasting. |
| Comparative Cost Report | Compares costs between different vendors for items within selected categories, or all categories. |
| Out of Stock Sales Report | Prints a list of all inventory items that were sold out of stock, and any items sold as wildcard items. |
| Inventory Usage Status Report | Provides usage information for inventory items. This can be used for planning and reorder forecasting. |
