Your Responsibility

The computer hardware you have is a large investment. As with any investment, it is wise to care for and maintain it. As a user, it is your responsibility to take care of your equipment. All ISI hardware agreements cover the computer, or Central Processing Unit (CPU). The rest of the hardware components are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty which, in most cases, is one year. ISI will replace defective hardware if it is within the first 30 days of purchase from ISI. A replacement is sent out along with an invoice. Once the defective unit is returned to ISI, a credit is issued for that invoice.

Failure on your part to properly care for, maintain, or ship the equipment may render your support agreement void and subject you to charges for shipping, parts, and labor. As with any support agreement, equipment damaged due to negligence is not covered.
