New Wild Card Vendor Pop Up Added During Invoicing
We added a pop up during invoicing that allows for a technician to input vendor and reference # for wildcard items with vendor tracking enabled in setups.
New Line Item Tracking Pop Up Added During Invoicing
We added a pop up during invoicing that allows for a technician to input employee ID’s for inventory items that have employee tracking enabled in setups.
Hide Salary Information in Employee Setups
We added a new menu option, Set Up Employees (Limited), that masks employee wage information when adding and editing employee records.
New Fleet Sales Report
We created a Fleet Sales Report in LubeSoft that can be filtered by Fleet and Date. This report displays information for each fleet transaction. It can only be printed at the store.
New Employee Line Item Tracking Report
A new Employee Activity by Line Item Report has been added in LubeSoft that displays employee ID tracking for each inventory item sold on an invoice.
Multiple Remit to Addresses for Fleet Customers
We’ve added the ability to specify a unique mailing address for each fleet in LubeSoft.
Pending Update Notification At End of Day and Start of Day
An onscreen notice during the start- and end-of-day processes has been added that notifies you when an update will be automatically installed.
