Adjusted Store Ticket Average
With the expansion of services offerings, store ticket average is no longer representative of traditional fast lube services for many stores. This feature allows you to define a new metric called adjusted store ticket average by selecting revenue and promotion categories to exclude from your store ticket average. Adjusted store ticket average appears on View Daily Statistics and the Transaction Report, and will soon be included in ISI Central Mobile Stats.
Club Rewards Points
LubeSoft already supports club programs where rewards are earned based on accumulation of service or visit counts. This new feature allows you to configure club programs that accumulate points based on a specified multiple of net transaction dollars (e.g. 10 points for every $1 net spend). Reward coupons are configured with point values, which are deducted from the customer points bank when redeemed. Points totals are available for printing within the invoice club message.
Limiting Coupons and Discounts in Tendering
For certain promotions (manager discretion, fleet, club or high value), you may not want them listed for a cashier to easily select. With this release, a flag is added to coupon/discount setup to control whether a promotion appears in the F1 Help screen during tendering. If a standard promotion does not appear, it may still be entered manually. Another flag allows coupons and discounts may also be configured so they can only be applied automatically as a result of a fleet discount or club reward. This feature prevents both the listing in the F1 Help screen and the ability to enter the promotion manually.

The operating system is updated with all currently available security updates.
