Cabin Air Filters Added to the ESM

Cabin Air Filters are now available in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). Because they are referenced more frequently, Cabin Air Filters appear on the first page of the ESM screen, and PCV valves have been moved to page two.

ISI has built most of the cabin air filter applications for the following vendors. The balance of cabin air filters will be added in the next release.

Integrated Credit Card Interface with Merchant Partners Enhancements

  • Supports NFC transactions. (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay etc.)
  • Voiding invoices (menu 1-1-8-2) paid by credit card now gives the option to refund the card. This option is available for transactions processed after updating to 15.6.

Shop Supplies

LubeSoft now has the ability to automatically calculate percentage based shop supplies. We added a new %SHOP% inventory item you may edit to activate this feature. If shop supplies are computed, %SHOP% will appear as the last line item on the invoice at ring-out. Configurations are available for basis (All, Type and Category) and to specify a minimum/maximum amount for shop supplies.

Mobile Tendering

Use an iPad® to ring out customers anywhere in your shop. All LubeSoft tendering methods are supported and transaction review with signature capture is embedded within the standard workflow. Mobile tendering integrates with Merchant Partners payment processing and is paired with a cash drawer for cash/check transactions. Lube/Wash Combo Integration with ICS

LubeSoft now supports integration with the Innovative Control Systems (ICS) WashConnect® solution for car wash businesses. By working together, ISI and ICS offer a full suite of solutions for both fast lube and car wash businesses. Contact your ISI sales representative (800) 922-3099 to learn more about the integration.

Hyperlink on Invoices

You can now embed a hyperlink, such as your company website, in Plain Paper Invoices emailed to a customer. The hyperlink is configured on screen 8 of the Center Control File.

Share File Changes

New fields were added to the end of the files, with the exception of the OMD share file which was added to the middle.

  • Site/Central Vehicle share file–  Added the manual vehicle cabin air filter part ID
  • OMD Share files– Added a cabin air filter tag for manual vehicle cabin air filters.
