Do not plug the power supply into an outlet first and then plug it into your thermal printer. Doing so can cause a serious safety hazard. |
To keep your thermal printer in good condition, follow all the maintenance recommendations in the Maintenance section of your Thermal Printer’s User’s Guide. A cleaning pad is included with each shipment of ribbons and labels. Before you load a new ribbon, you can use this cleaning pad to clean the printhead. The process of loading a ribbon into your thermal printer is described in your Thermal Printer’s User’s Guide.
| Note: | Load the thermal stickers to the far left. Make sure that the roll of stickers is not pressed up against the side of the printer so that they have enough room to feed properly (this is not applicable on some printers). |
